Glenn MassanovaFacilities Manager
Glenn Massanova joined Lightle Beckner Robison in 2017 as their Facilities Manager. He brings over 15 years of experience in facility management. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of LBR’s properties. The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to property inspection, working property owners, scheduling contractors and preventive maintenance.
Prior to joining LBR, Glenn managed a 256-unit apartment complex where he was responsible for maintaining everything from the grounds to the buildings and resident satisfaction. When presented with a new opportunity, Glenn left the apartment complex and started a new position as the facilities manager at a private 36-hole country club for the next 8½ years. Glenn was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a maintenance/housekeeping department that consisted of 9 employees. Glenn along with his team were also responsible for managing all aspects of member and nonmember functions with groups as large as 500 guests.
Glenn has called Brevard county home for 40 years. He graduated from Brevard Community College with an AA in 1994. Since his graduation he has worked in all aspects of construction and maintenance specializing in the fine art of custom woodworking. He currently resides in Melbourne with his wife. Glenn has 1 daughter and 3 step-sons. Glenn and his wife enjoy traveling as much as possible both domestically and internationally.
