Prior to Rob’s career in commercial real estate he spent four years in retail sales management including managing a staff of over fifteen people, negotiating purchases for product, and satisfying clients needs.

Rob’s professional services focus primarily on the successful marketing of commercial real estate in East Central Florida and tenant representation throughout the state. Rob rarely turns down the opportunity to spend time with clients and would be happy to host you fishing on his boat to build client trust and synergy.

Presently he is responsible for over 50 commercial listings and represents numerous corporate services clients. Not-for-profit 501(c)3 organizations are a specialty area.

Through your professional negotiations, Lightle Beckner Robinson has been able to secure American Cancer Society several concessions, but most importantly save us just under $800,000 in rent cost over the past 33 months and possibly an additional $470,000 that is in current negotiation stages.
