- Glenn Massanova joined Lightle Beckner Robison in 2017 as their Facilities Manager. He brings over 15 years of experience in facility management. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of LBR’s properties. The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to property inspection, working property owners, scheduling contractors and preventive maintenance. Charles Duvall

- Charles is a proud UCF alumni, and Indialantic Native. Charles is a junior associate whose responsibility is to assist all teams industrial, office, and retail, while also holding a lead role in Investment Sales. Having obtained a finance degree from UCF, Charles approaches Commercial real estate in a unique way that allows him to value properties in a variety of different manners. Charles takes pride in his community involvement, having served over 500+ community service hours, and is in the process of becoming a member of both the Palm Bay, and Titusville Chamber of Commerce. Luke Brown

- Graduate of UCF with a B.S.B.A. in Finance, Luke has joined the LBR team as a junior associate. His responsibilities include assisting the retail, industrial, and office teams with underwriting and sales and leasing. With attribute to being a former collegiate athlete, Luke brings a competitive nature to the table and has a goal to learn from every client and unique situation to maximize his value to others in the future. Growing up in Brevard, Luke will remain an active part of the community by joining the Titusville Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP’s Central Florida Chapter.
Blake Wilson

- Blake recently joined Lightle Beckner Robison as a Junior Associate. Born and raised in Brevard, Blake has intimate knowledge of the local market and understands its business, cultural, and political landscapes. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. With a unique perspective as an engineering professional, he brings extensive experience in project management, data analysis, and financial reporting to the team. Blake is a problem solver at heart. He takes pride in understanding his client's problems, then working diligently to provide them with the best solution.
Michael Moss II
- Sales & Leasing Advisor
- Michael is a Space Coast Native and alumni of Merritt Island High School where he was a three year letterman as the Quarterback for the Varsity football team. Michael is a graduate of The University of Central Florida with a BSBA in Real Estate & Finance, during his time at UCF he participated in the Real Estate Society and The Central Florida Real Estate Development Case Competition hosted by NAIOP. While in college Michael worked as a leasing associate for Landmark Properties and has past experience with various types of work including construction, sales, and project management. Michael interned at LBR in the Summer of 2022 and began working part time while he finished obtaining his degree. In his current role Michael works on the Industrial Team where he specializes in sales, leasing, and marketing. Michael uses his knowledge and people skills to deliver value and create long lasting relationships with clients.
