Susan McCauley

Biography

Susan’s role is Property Manager. She grew up in Wisconsin and later moved to North Carolina and then Florida. Susan was a residential Assistant Property Manager in Charlotte NC. After relocating to Florida, she was an Office Manager for educational institutions in Orlando and Melbourne.

Susan’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and occupancy of retail, office and industrial commercial properties. She communicates with owners about occupancy levels, property conditions and prepares financial statements. Managing multiple tenants consists of sending monthly statements, collecting rent, handling requests for maintenance or repairs, collections, and providing good customer service to owners, tenants, and vendors by addressing their needs, as outlined in various leases and agreements.
