Biography
Brian Lightle, CCIM, SIOR, CRE just completed his 36th year in Commercial Real Estate and
27th year as Founder of Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. CRES (Team LBR).
With extensive experience and expertise in the Office, Retail and Industrial disciplines, Brian
has personally completed over 2,500 transactions/engagements and can add significant value
to any commercial real estate transaction or engagement.
From Tenant Representation to Consulting and from Leasing to Sales, Brian’s goal is to
exceed his client’s expectations in every situation.
While being a “Space Coast Expert”, Brian is licensed in Florida, Georgia and Alabama and
can provide Full Service Brokerage and Corporate Services throughout this region for
your company or firm.
Brian has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member, 1996),
SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, 2013) and CRE (Counselors of Real Estate,
2022) Designations all requiring extensive education, high levels of production, many years of
successful experience and unquestionable ethics.
