Biography
Brian Lightle, CCIM, SIOR, CRE just completed his 37th year in Commercial Real Estate and 29th year as Founder of Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. CRES (Team LBR).
With extensive experience and expertise in all facets of Commercial Real Estate including Office, Retail, and Industrial disciplines, Brian has personally completed over 2,500 transactions/engagements and can add significant value to any commercial real estate transaction or engagement.
Brian understands and applies the Consultative Process to every engagement which begins with the evaluation of the need to fully understand the goal and then orchestrating a process to accomplish the client goals.
While being a “Space Coast Expert”, Brian is licensed in Florida, Georgia and Alabama and can provide Full-Service Brokerage and Corporate Services throughout this region for your company or firm.
Brian has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member, 1996), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, 2013), and CRE (Counselors of Real Estate, 2022) Designations, all requiring extensive education, high levels of production, many years of successful experience and unquestionable ethics.
