It is my pleasure to introduce you to Holly Carver, our newest Sales and Leasing Associate with Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. With more than 15 years in sales, government relations, economic development, philanthropy, community service, and community redevelopment, Holly brings her expertise as the North Brevard Specialist to TEAM LBR. I’ve asked her to share with you:
A long and steady road of relevant networking, sincere relationship building and meaningful community service have always guided my journey. I’ve gained a solid foundation in varied experiences throughout my career and now I am excited to plug in this energy at Team LBR. Most recently I was honored to serve as Chief Legislative Aide to Brevard County District 1 Commissioner Robin Fisher. This unique role gave me a seat at the table for some of the largest and most complicated commercial real estate deals that are now transforming our community. Seeing firsthand the results of our work ignited a passion in me for smart development. This experience also allowed me to collaborate with high-level community and business leaders, resulting in a depth of comprehension on the current progress of North Brevard. To spur further momentum, I continue to share that knowledge in presentations with current and prospective business community members.
I am proud to join Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. Completing 198 transactions in 2016, TEAM LBR are the Central Florida Leaders in providing professional services covering all aspects of office, retail, industrial, and land related commercial real estate, working with tenants, owners and investors. Over the last twenty-plus years, collective efforts have resulted in the successful sales and/or leasing of over 7,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail property.
However, I’m most excited about specializing in continuing to build prosperous relationships in North Brevard. It is an exciting time for Titusville! To date, new projects are bringing more than $798M in capital investment and more than 2,000 proposed jobs – many of those with an average salary above $85,000! North Brevard is experiencing one of the most historic times of economic growth since the dawning of the Space Program in the 1960’s. It is a great time to consider your investment!
