Joy joined our team as our new Corporate Asset Manager. She and her family relocated to Melbourne five years ago from Minnesota. She was formerly in the auto finance industry for eleven years. Joy’s primary responsibilities at Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. will focus on statewide branch facilities and local property management. This involves coordinating and overseeing repair and maintenance projects in an expedient manner with vendors and contractors, managing vendor relationships and approving appropriate invoices for all completed projects, contract renewals, collections and providing good customer service to clients and tenants by addressing their needs as outlined in their lease agreements and providing detailed monthly status reports and financial statements.

Rhonda’s primary responsibilities at Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. focus on administrative support for the brokerage arm of the company. Her key contributions include: researching commercial properties, management of all listings, generating demographic and income reports, obtaining detailed land and building information and locating current comparable properties in order to accurately valuate properties. She also uses these research methods to assist the brokers in their site selections and Broker Opinion of Value requirements. Rhonda’s real estate associate license qualifies her to provide a more extensive range of real estate services to the brokerage.  Along with her brokerage support, her marketing responsibilities include: creating property briefs, company marketing materials, website marketing and website maintenance, newsletter production, postcard mailings and press releases.
